Welcome to Vertex Drone Washing Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling our services or using our website, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Vertex Drone Washing Solutions LLC provides specialized exterior cleaning services utilizing Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS/drones) and specialized soft-wash or pressure-wash systems. The specific services, pricing, and project scope will be outlined in your individual service quote or agreement.
2. Weather and Flight Regulations
Weather Dependency: Drone operations are strictly dependent on weather conditions (including but not limited to wind speed, rain, and visibility). We reserve the right to reschedule services at no penalty to us if weather conditions endanger our crew, equipment, or your property.
FAA and Local Regulations: Our operations comply with FAA Part 107 regulations and local laws. If a property is located in restricted airspace or a temporary flight restriction (TFR) zone, service may be delayed or cancelled while we secure the necessary airspace authorizations.
3. Client Responsibilities & Property Access
Access: The Client must grant our team clear access to the property and a designated, safe ground control/takeoff station.
Utilities: The Client must provide access to a reliable on-site water source and standard electrical outlets, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Preparation: The Client must ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut, and any fragile outdoor items, vehicles, or pets are moved away from the wash zone prior to our arrival.
4. Liability and Damage Limitations
Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for water intrusion or damage resulting from pre-existing property defects, such as degraded window seals, rotted wood, cracked stucco, or loose siding.
Drone Operations: While our pilots are highly trained, drone wash operations carry inherent risks. We maintain comprehensive commercial liability insurance. However, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of repairing direct damage caused by our equipment negligence.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice or according to the schedule detailed in your specific service contract. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Clients should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a service. Vertex Drone Washing Solutions LLC may also reschedule service due to unsafe weather, flight restrictions, equipment needs, access issues, or other conditions outside our control.
7. Service Results and Limitations
We work to deliver clean, professional results, but final results may vary depending on the surface condition, age of materials, staining, oxidation, mineral buildup, paint condition, and previous maintenance. Some stains or buildup may require additional treatment or may not be fully removable.
8. Media, Photos, and Marketing
Vertex Drone Washing Solutions LLC may take before-and-after photos or videos for documentation, quality assurance, training, or marketing purposes. If you do not want your property used in marketing materials, please notify us in writing before service begins.
